Website didn't work in Safari on my Mac but was fine in Google Chrome. Car was returned on time and wait time for the keys was minimal. After a year or two of things not being great at Lookers Land Rover Battersea, it seems that customer service may be back on track!

Ali Hadid were incredible , he made sure we will have all the knowledge on all aspect of the car , made it easy to use it and drive away safely , we didn't need to wait to long all document were stored before the day so all in all vey satisfied

Fairly easy to navigate and check-in Hayley was always coming to provide updates on the work as i waited. Waiting area relaxed and coffee provided.

People were polite and helpful

Quick and easy to use! Takes all the stress out of setting up a Service, as well as dealing with any problems. My husband and I were most impressed by our experience at Lookers Land Rover Battersea because everyone was most helpful, but particularly Haley Smith, Senior Service Advisor, who looked after us very well and dealt with all the problems with our Range Rover and we would definitely ask for her in the future to deal with our cars.
