Helpful and I was kept informed. Unfortunately the fix specified by Land Rover didn't really do the trick.

No mention of courtesy car availability with online check-in. Courtesy car had been cancelled on the system very good customer service and potential issue with lack of courtesy car quickly sorted but disappointed that add blue level was not topped up — only realised this later.
