Ben was great - extremely helpful, as were the ladies on reception when I rang. Then when I arrived to collect the car it was great to be warmly greeted by Natalie (I believe(?)) who was expecting me and showed me in and offered coffee etc. Very impressed with the whole experience. Many thanks
