Not certain the details entered online actually made it to the personal booking the car in, I had a short wait to check in even though I had used the online check-in.Not 5 star because the service department appears to be short of service advisers.

Rob Haigh was so professional and knowledgeable and the whole transaction was such a smooth process. Communication was excellent and the aftercare has been great. We had one little job booked in and the vehicle needed a software update which was done at the same time. The online help from Land Rover InControl to help us get the 'posh' bits up and running in the vehicle has also been phenomenal.
