The tram on site were covering for a colleague who had a last minute family crisis to manage. The hand over was therefore done by a Finance person - could have been a better experience.

The presentation of the vehicle and the extremely comprehensive explanation provided by Ian Newall of its functionality, features and controls, with helpfully pre-set driver choices.

After another disappointing start to the experience and frustration with the car, Mark Perkins finally showed the levels of customer service expected with a 'prestige' car company. In fact, Mark did everything possible to alleviate any further concerns or frustrations and was a joy to deal with. Thank you, Mark!

Detailed handover given by Ian. He knew we had had a defender before so informed us of the updates and differences to our previous vehicle. Helped set up our phones.

He also went out of his way to help me attach a roof box with another member of the team at the showroom. The hand over was seemless and I love the car.
