Could be clearer with pick up times. I was told latest 1720 but after calling reception they said I could pay over the phone and pick up keys until 1800.

I wasn’t offered the wait while the service was taking place when I booked first time. It was only when I asked about how long the car would be I was told that I should have requested a wait service.
