All worked well, good receptionists. Updating during service not that good as it was linked to the time you wanted me to collect the car and took no account that i had to get back to garage by bike/train.

I had a Jaguar service but all your branding was for LandRover. The online check in was straightforward.I was surprised to receive an email with Covid safety instructions which are no longer in use.Good advance communication, easy drop off, communication during the service and easy collection.
