Service team: James and Jade were great and really helpful. The sales team could learn alot from them.

Jannay was brilliant. She couldn't have been more helpful.

My sales person left half way through the process and i wasnt called to be notified, it took me calling into the dealership to then be told. also after waiting 14months for the vehicle i was told the night before collection that i was getting a part refund as the sound system which was standard on my vehicle was no longer standard, not consulted before to see if i would be happy with this change as i wasnt happy.

Very friendly welcome at 10:15 (booked in for 10:30). The young lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Showed us to seats and got us a coffee. Another young lady (Jo) arranged our courtesy car (pre arranged). Top marks to them. We returned a couple of hours later, then had to wait another 3 hours until we were the last people left - had a new battery fitted in the meantime - that was the only complaint we had - shame, otherwise very good experience.

Janay is so easy to deal with, nothing is a problem, phones back and communicates when she says she will. No nonsense great customer service 👍

I would like to personally thank Rob Haigh for his care and attention to detail throughout the process of purchasing our new vehicle. His friendly, professional manner was a breath of fresh air - not what we experienced at other dealerships.
