Jade was the person that looked after me and made sure everything ran smoothly. Jade was lovely, calm and friendly. Jade knew everything that was going on and kept me updated on the phone. Jade had remembered I was walking into town and asked if I had managed to miss the rain. Would hope to deal with Jade again if I need to go through to the customer care team.

There was confusion with the windscreen that was ordered weeks in advance but the booking team resolved the issue quickly without me having to dig out call records or prove anything further.
