The whole experience of booking a standard yearly service online was not a pleasant task.. I was inundated with texts and emails to book the forthcoming service. This I did with consulting with my son-in-law to his availability, however was somewhat surprised to receive a different date and time. A follow up phone call with the service manager, revealed that the online booking system was faulty. It is strongly recommended that is customers are encouraged to use a platform , it provides the system it is designed to.Many thanks

Land rover factory should communicate buildprogress more regularly , waiting more than 12 months for delivery with hardly any updates is very frustrating when spending £90k plus on a new car.

Efficient, and helpful. Good list of advice given, but not pushed to have the work done.

I may have to bring the car back. There's a dead spot now and a noise from the steering column. Neither were there before I brought it in for the recall. I'm hoping this note might get the dealer to call me to arrange that.
