My sales person left half way through the process and i wasnt called to be notified, it took me calling into the dealership to then be told. also after waiting 14months for the vehicle i was told the night before collection that i was getting a part refund as the sound system which was standard on my vehicle was no longer standard, not consulted before to see if i would be happy with this change as i wasnt happy.
