The car had an updated Software release to 'fix' issues with the Hybrid Petrol/EV switching modes. This was under campaign code N673. I would have liked more details on exactly what this addressed as I have had issues with car 'stuck' in Petrol mode until ignition switched off - wait - then back on again.Any Software/Firmware updated should have a set of Release notes that describe what it addresses. This seems to be lack of specific information coming from Jaguar Land Rover not the Dealership.
