After sales issues with LR In Control (I resolved) and a missing parcel shelf. Failure to keep in touch over the missing parcel shelf is unacceptable following a £74500 spend at this dealership. A shame, as everyone we dealt with were unfailingly polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Poor follow up has made this purchase far more stressful than it could/should have been.
