Ben was great - extremely helpful, as were the ladies on reception when I rang. Then when I arrived to collect the car it was great to be warmly greeted by Natalie (I believe(?)) who was expecting me and showed me in and offered coffee etc.Very impressed with the whole experience.Many thanks

The visit was for a factory recall on the seat belt pre tensioners, a health check was also done that suggested the tracking was out. As the vehicle is nearly new and has covered less than 1,800 miles I can only assume it was delivered to me that way.
