We were thoroughly impressed and very satisfied by the level of communication and contact we received, with regular updates as promised, rapid and complete responses to our questions and assistance when needed on completing paperwork etc.This process was completed by him personally delivering the car to our house, providing a full and complete explanation of its operation etc. Ian was knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and thoroughly professional throughout and we would be very happy to work with him again on a future purchase.
