Jo and James were extremely helpful and professional. Although I hadn't visited the dealership in over a year, James Vallings took the time to come out to welcome me in the car park after I spoke to him on the phone. Jo also provided exceptional customer service. Two friendly faces of Lookers Bishop Stortford. Oh I should also mention the lovely receptionist who made me a perfect cuppa while I waited in the showroom.Looking forward to receiving estimate for follow up work.I would highly recommend Lookers Bishop Stortford

After sales issues with LR In Control (I resolved) and a missing parcel shelf. Failure to keep in touch over the missing parcel shelf is unacceptable following a £74500 spend at this dealership.A shame, as everyone we dealt with were unfailingly polite, efficient and knowledgeable.Poor follow up has made this purchase far more stressful than it could/should have been.
