Jade Kelsey has been great, responding to my query about a missing service on my service log, and sorting it out for me very quickly.Janay kept me informed during my wait whilst my car was being serviced. She was able to answer my Qs and apologised for the time it took - 4 hours. Whilst this felt like a very long time, I appreciated the coffee, cookie and iced water.I was surprised the online booking service did not include the £ for the service, when other LR dealerships do, but I chose Lookers BS because there was availability and the location.
