I have been meaning to write to Lookers of Bishops Stortford for a while, you have a service specialist in your team , James Vallis who is exceptional in his customer service skills and overall support. We had a "few" teething problems with our new car and he was tremendously helpful and informative at all times. I have spoken to James a few times since and he has always gone out of his way to help. Insurance website need to be made much more user friendly, when trying to obtain your weeks free insurance, as it very unclear between the weeks free insurance and trying to get us to buy Land Rover insurance.

Excellent service from Robert Haigh from Lookers Bishop's Stortford. Always kept us informed about when our car was due for delivery.
