Both Denis & Steve have been great! In less than 2 weeks the number plate fell off my car which I think is unacceptable and if my postman had not noticed this then technically I could have been driving around illegally. You must address this fault asap as you are potentially putting your customers in compromising situations. When I called the show room to get this fixed, Steve Daintry my salesperson came out himself to my home to fix the number plate back on the vehicle. Excellent customer service from an employee, please let Steve know this, very impressed, I am however, not overly impressed with Land Rover right now.

Janay was so friendly yet professional at all times. She went above and beyond to support me with rearranging my MOT as it was going to take longer than i had expected. She kept me up to date throughout and provided excellent service. Thank you Janay. Separately when booking i had not to been advised that the MOT would take between 3-4 hours. If it could be made clear at the time of booking, appropriate arrangements can then made
