Excellent service from Robert Haigh from Lookers Bishop's Stortford. Always kept us informed about when our car was due for delivery. Even when he was on his day off or on hols he answered lots of questions with patience and understanding. Personally went out of his way to deliver a missing item to our home. Thank ypu Rob.
