The service manager who looked after me on the day was excellent - very helpful and friendly and kept me well informed on what was going on throughout the day. Excellent service!

Due to COVID most of my communication was by phone or email. Everything was explained clearly and other than the global shortage of micro chips causing a delay the process could not have been better.

We purchased the vehicle in December 2022 and we have had to return to the dealership on numerous occasions with various faults on the vehicle. The last occasion being two days ago and we now have a further fault on the vehicle which has just been reported. We have purchased vehicles from you in the past without any issues but this vehicle has had various ongoing faults and has been in the garage on several occasions. The sales team have been helpful and are currently trying to resolve the latest issue.

Vehicle developed a fault almost immediately. No one’s fault but resolving it will be critical to my long term opinion of the dealership
