I was served by Dennis when I took my car in. As there was no courtesy car available I stayed and worked at the centre. Dennis without a doubt is the best customer service front of house agent i have ever encountered, his constant comms, engaging chat and service were impeccable. He even waited for me to finish a work call to hand me back my keys. I would come back to this garage because of Dennis alone The only negative I would say is that our car is worth around 45 50k and to not be offered a courtesy car for the day is disappointing considering the premium brand

Team was fantastic - kept us updated through the process; took a bit longer than hoped but as we were away, not a big inconvenience. Love the new showroom too though a little tempting! The dash dimming issue still doesn't seem to be fixed but we can return to that in due course.

Cliff was extremely helpful throughout the process and made the whole experience a very pleasurable one.
