I didn’t visit the dealership due to covid. I didn’t give 5 stars for finance because the finance figure I was quoted a few months before delivery was wrong and I was told I had to pay approx £18 more a month a few days before delivery

A bit more forthcoming with information eg the 165 point check results. Also don’t just rely on the customer to pick out faults/chips issues be proactive it creates a trust buyer and seller

Due to Covid had to do the whole process online and phone. Ian Newall was great and took me through the process step by step. Making what I though would be a difficult process pretty straight forward.
