When I booked the vehicle in for service I was advised i would not get a complimentary clean - not happy, but on collection the lady who took over from original booking gentleman organised a clean - thanks for sorting.

Denis Stewart of lookers bishop’s Stortford was fantastic and the service was great. A small scratch he arranged to have it sprayed at my local lookers ( Battersea) who delivered the car back to my home. I was reticent about using a dealer but the service has convinced me.

Lookers were the only LandRover dealership that bothered to communicate with me when I expressed a requirement to purchase a new Defender! I had previously phoned at least 10 premier JLR outlets and apparently all were busy and someone would call back-none did!!! Big mistake-I had £75k waiting to purchase a new vehicle
