Living 15 miles away , I was disappointed there was no courtesy car as I needed 2 cars to take and collect the car. Assume it was Covid related. Disappointed that the car was not washed while it was serviced. It’s normal practice. That’s got nothing to do with Covid Got to go back to have a part refitted. Another trip with no courtesy car so I’ll have to sit and wait while it’s fitted.
