Only the windscreen washers was empty driving home I no I should have checked but I thought the car had been Health checkedBut as this was nothing to do with bringing the car in not a problem

Helpful friendly service

The sales process was professional and courteous.Whilst I know the industry has been going through a tough time as regards Vehicle parts availability, I did think the lack of a suitable Land Rover Discovery Sport PHEV Hybrid demo vehicle in the early sales stages was frustrating.I would have expected Lookers Corporate HQ to have had the leverage with Land Rover to sort out demo vehicle availability earlier in Bishops Stortford branch, given the Hybrid PHEV model was the only car which was able to have an order placed at the time.It was nearly 4 months after placement of my order before I could drive the demo vehicle.Secondly, Land Rover did not flag the window to allow 'last changes to my order spec'.In my case, Lookers Bishops Stortford were able to sort out a solution for me to upgrade the spec to my final requirements prior to hand over.

Steve was very helpful and worked with us to get the transaction completed quickly and smoothly. Lovely team, lovely experience and very happy with the process.
