My car was in for major repair for a number of months and Mark Perkins ensured I had a hire vehicle, he was always contactable, kept myself and my husband updated, treated us and our children with the upmost professionalism and personal approach, going above and beyond wherever he could. We may not have had dealings with other members of staff but we witnessed on many occasions the hospitality and customer service in the Service and Parts department was that of pure team work.

Abbie particularly demonstrated fantastic service and genuine empathy with me with yet another fault with the car.
