The booking process was easy, I delivered the car in the morning and it was ready for me on my return. I have to assume the service was carried out as required, as I have no way of checking, and the car had been cleaned. I had one problem that I shouldn't have had, I requested that the wheels be swapped front to rear, to even tyre wear. On my drive home warning lights came on, low tyre pressures. The display indicated that the front tyres were over inflated, the rears under inflated. Tyres pressures front and rear on the Defender are different, it must be obvious to anyone, particularly a trained LR technician, that the tyre pressures would need to be reset.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, the hand over wasn't that smooth, but the customer service to help rectify things has been very good.
