The system was very efficient and made the checking in process very easy. The courtesy car that i had booked in advance became unavailable on the day before my service appointment. This was particularly annoying since I had suffered a six weeks wait for my service appointment specifically to suit the availability of a loan car. Luckily my car repair was able to be carried out in a day while i hung about waiting ! If Lookers could not provide the courtesy car that was booked they could/should have considered hiring a car for me rather than offering an alternative appointment or or a while-you-wait service. (ironically there are cars standing all over the place at Lookers)
