Robert Haigh was excellent in communications and information regarding Extra items ordered beyond his control. i. e. running boards side & front body protection panels and scuff panels to rear door ordered. waiting for Land Rover distribution to deliver.

Staff are very welcoming and professional in sales and servicing. The only thing that is an issue is for some reason the technician couldn’t reset the service indicator on the car and therefore tried to charge me an additional £200 to investigate further, as you can imagine this wasn’t a pleasant phone call. However the manager intervened and waived the change. But I have had to re-book the car back in to get the sorted. What was a nice touch was I had a lovely curtesy car and will be getting another one, which will probably make me want to buy one. Hope they can get the service indicator sorted on my Range Rover. Overall staff are excellent.

Booked an MOT through the online system, all confirmed. Until I called the site and they don’t do MOTs on Saturdays. James really helped secure someone to come in and sort for me on the SaturdayJames went above and beyond! Total pleasure
