Very efficient booking, confirmation, check in and checkout. I was also pleased with the work and with the updates. However my car was in for two whole days, rather than one, just because the steering alignment bat wasn't available at the end if day one. I think with better planning that could have been avoided.

The online service seems to be at odds with whats going on in the building. I as asked if I had checked in online. They should know that easily.Seemed to go fine.

ease of use and information obtainedSomeone has completely restored faith in the garage since our last visit. the 2 previous visits were such an awful experience that it put us off ever purchasing another JLR vehicle but the service that we received from Mohammed Akthar was top class throughout the entire service.

Riaz (sales guy) was very helpful at point of sale and at collection. We had excellent communication throughout - even affording me out of hours contact for questions that I might have. Impressive customer Service. Other staff members that I spoke to were equally friendly. Most importantly the coffee was excellent!
