Shad and Gemma have been excellent through my three visits to the service dept

Specification of the car was different from ordered (black chequer plate to the bonnet was described as an update to the XS Edition which should have been communicated prior to handover). Optional extras not available (still not received car mats over a week after handover). Charles was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.

Quick and easy to use I would give five stars except that I mentioned to reception on leaving the vehicle that the latest software update had failed to install despite several attempts by me in several locations (it was downloaded some weeks ago). On collecting the vehicle I was pleased to be told that the new download had now been installed - but when I got home I saw that it hadn't been! So I'm still left with a vehicle without the latest software.

Booking the service was easy, as was the check in. You drive straight in and are met by your staff, no hastle' The work was carried out as scheduled, however your engineer found a bracket on the drive shaft that had been defective since manufacture.

Very good service but a few things could have been explained better. For example - SatNav updates, InControl app. And not sure things I asked to be checked actually were - Glovebox closure

James looked after my car and me. He kept me up to date with progress. My car was cleaned inside and out and smelt gorgeous! James was so welcoming and is excellent at customer relations. With James in after sales and Andre in sales lookers have the best team.
