Historic service from Lookers Aylesbury has been terrible and i am only going there now because of my warranty. This experience was made a lot better by James (cant remember his surname) but he is new and recognised the need to provide customer service. His professionalism should be rewarded

The guy receiving me in the drop off area was very good and efficient. Shad the service contact was good also. However only realised of the advisories as was out and about to review the full report and video. It is ok though as I would like to have a look around for cost of these items anyway.

I had a concern about the Land Rover records on my vehicle in the main database due to the fact the vehicle had a change of the registration number from what it was originally registered with and a revised registration number that was purchased from the DVLA, which was communicated to Lookers prior to collection of the vehicle from the Lookers garage. This was with the assistance of the current General Sales Manager (Sunny Chavda), resolved promptly so that the Land Rover Remote App now recognized my vehicle.

I have water ingress in a rear light, but was told if it continues then bring the vehicle back. The vehicle is under extended warranty. As for the MOT I would like to ask why it takes 2.5 hours that’s with a complementary car wash

Waited over 12 months for my new RR so have developed. Friendship relationship with Colin. Helpful if frustrating times but got there in the end.
