Delay in handover. Mileage quoted as 9728 on all documents but was delivered at 10,030. Still awaiting a call from Lookers to discuss service plan.However, the good part was that communication from sales executive Andrei was good.

Specification of the car was different from ordered (black chequer plate to the bonnet was described as an update to the XS Edition which should have been communicated prior to handover). Optional extras not available (still not received car mats over a week after handover). Charles was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.

Quick and easy to useI would give five stars except that I mentioned to reception on leaving the vehicle that the latest software update had failed to install despite several attempts by me in several locations (it was downloaded some weeks ago). On collecting the vehicle I was pleased to be told that the new download had now been installed - but when I got home I saw that it hadn't been! So I'm still left with a vehicle without the latest software.
