Can only suggest if a car wash is offered it is done not forgotten , returned in a much dirtier condition than it arrived in

I dropped the car off @ 8am, it was not ready until 17.45, that was later than what I was told. I have requested a new invoice because the mileage was added incorrectly, I am waiting for a new invoice by post . I was happy with the price and was given an apology for the delay and a discount on my final bill.

Given the current difficulties relating to the supply of new vehicles, the process was protracted and at times frustrating. However the level of attention and customer service provided by your Customer Retention Manager, Daniel Makin was exemplary. I will be recommending that my family and friends contact him if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

1. Why can’t a customer book their service with their local garage on the phone rather than have to deal with an anonymous call centre with many operators with strong, sometimes difficult to understand, regional accents? It undermines the whole idea of you ‘being local and ‘knowing’’ the vehicle. It’s not a better experience for the customer..the system is for your benefit. 2. Second year in a row I have had to have an MOT elsewhere as you refuse to discount an MOT when the car is in for its annual service. So now I am out of my service plan will I go back to you for service and MOT? Of course not
