I appreciate the reason for disconnecting my dash cameras but please reconnect them when you have done. Imagine if I'd needed to recover footage only to find they were not working !!

I am satisfied with the manner Dan Makin dealt with my enquiries, in connection to the purchase and his explanations, patience, reception and genuineness, etc. showed throughout convincing me to buy the vehicle. It would have been much better, if he could reply to my emails, quicker and returning my phone calls in a timely manner. I understand it could be due to his business there. Overall I am happy with the services he offered me throughout.

Historic service from Lookers Aylesbury has been terrible and i am only going there now because of my warranty. This experience was made a lot better by James (cant remember his surname) but he is new and recognised the need to provide customer service. His professionalism should be rewarded
