I wasn't offered a service which I would have loved, other than that I am satisfied.

I waited on site after the MOT was completed for the vehicle to be cleaned but when I picked it up it hadn't been done. Having been there for 3hrs for an MOT I didn't say anything I needed to get home. Just wondering why I was told it was being done when it wasn't.

I had numerous duplicate emails asking me to book after I had booked so if this could stop as was confusing as I had to check my booking had been done correctly

Poor customer service with Lloyds Financial services

Your staff were extremely helpful, polite, efficient and well mannered. Unfortunately the problem with the air conditioning has not been resolved but I am delighted that you are going to come and pick my car up next week and hopefully resolve the problem. Over all very happy with the service received.

Car was well presented at handover, there is a lot to take in during this period and the Sales Executive has been helpful on a couple of points since the sale.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Both Harlan Loganathan and Ross Leaning were superb and went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect. Make you feel valued as a customer. I have a much more local main dealer almost on my doorstep but would prefer to drive the half hour or so to Aylesbury. Would highly recommend.
