Best bit was the offer to drop my vehicle home to me as I just moved house and was in total chaos and the last thing I needed was a drive to Aylesbury…. Thank you!

My only surprise was that my service plan did not covered the scheduled maintenance item of cambelt change. The idea of taking the service plan was to spread cost and avoid large bill.

The woman who coordinated my visit (I worked in the waiting area whilst the car was serviced) was excellent. However there seemed to me to be poor communication between other team members. I was offered a complimentary car wash but the car was not washed. One colleague took me through the advisory notes (tyre condition/wiper blades) face to face and then another colleague called me on my mobile to repeat the process. It seemed like people were trying too hard to please. Overall I thought the service was very good but the team need to communicate between each other a little more clearly.
