The woman who coordinated my visit (I worked in the waiting area whilst the car was serviced) was excellent. However there seemed to me to be poor communication between other team members. I was offered a complimentary car wash but the car was not washed. One colleague took me through the advisory notes (tyre condition/wiper blades) face to face and then another colleague called me on my mobile to repeat the process. It seemed like people were trying too hard to please. Overall I thought the service was very good but the team need to communicate between each other a little more clearly.

Q2 - my initial enquiry was unfortunately marred by a miscommunication about the availability of a vehicle that I was under the impression had been reserved for me whilst awaiting transfer to the local showroom. Subsequently, salesman (Rob Foley) more than redeemed himself by being very helpful in assisting with my eventual purchase.
