We had an MOT that was initially a fail, they were able to book us in for work the same day, provided us with an area to work, even though we were there such a long time, helped us find the best options for lunch and made sure we got back to our school for an extended pick up. Communication was very good throughout the process, keeping us advised.

We was made very welcome and was helped with setting the vehicle up to suit us

I still prefer to talk to a human being but the staff are helpful. I came back to Land Rover because of the level of service I received from the staff when my car was part of the electric steering recall. Would have been 5 stars but the thing that I need for my tyres should I ever have a puncture has expired and if I had been informed of that I would have purchased one then but now I’ll have to go back and pick one up.
