I was asked to arrive 10 minutes before my booking. When I arrived it was very busy and a bit chaotic determining who was next. The quality of the post service clean was very poor, smeared windows and overall low standard of clean

Not having the drive away insurance anymore can cause issues, for sure an expensive car it would be a courteous thing to still offer.
