Couldn’t book online so had to call. Explained the problems to the person on the phone but they didn’t seem that bothered and just said to book with them. They were helpful with the booking so that was good. Pleasant staff

Original slot booked online was later rescheduled by dealership who explained it wasn't actually available. The time of the rescheduled slot in the confirmation email didn't match the time I was given over the phone. Quite a mismatch between the central booking team and the dealership. Overall good, but original slot booked online was later rescheduled by dealership, time of rescheduled slot in confirmation email didn't match the time I was given over the phone, also told it would take around 1hr and turned out to be over 2hrs.
