Was told to come back at 5.30 to collect car but was kept waiting 30 mins …. one member of staff even went home rather than sort out my collection even though it only took 5 mins. Was also called ‘love’ or some other ‘familiar’ word rather than Mrs ….. which I think is unprofessional…… apart from that it was the usual great service
