I was really impressed how despite me buying a used car I was treated like I was buying a new one. I loved the way it was in a special room and I appreciated the way James showed me all of the functions.

Given time was too long

the only thing that was a minor issue was the explanation of the tyres. on the sheet it shows recommended to be changed but when i spoke to the customer service team they said the tyres were only half way through there life and didn't need changing.

Great Service from Ken the manager and James Bishop the sales exec . Only comment is we find it a challenging time to get used to Range Rover way of navigation etc (from family of 9 Mercedes) but slowly and surely .

I was not happy the amount of time it took, it was a sit and wait and was told 2 hours when l booked the appointment but it took over 4 hours . But l was very happy the way the service Manager Anne-Marie Sparks resolved the problem in a professional way.

Steve kindly provided a desk for me to work from and promptly followed up with positive updates and a very clear explanation for the early service warning which the dealership resolved with a complimentary oil change. would have been nice for the car to have been cleaned

I thought that when your car went in for a full service you got it back wash and cleaned inside. I was very disappointed to get my car back after spending £500 on the service to find that hadn’t been done. Your service tracker states that it should be sanitised after leaving the workshop but my tracker never moved from being in the workshop to being rung to say it’s ready for collection. I did call the dealership immediately after leaving to be told the manager was on another call but the receptionist did apologise but that didn’t solve the mistake.
