Jack was very diligent in his time spent with me. He was friendly yet careful to ensure I understood everything. He ensured everything important was set up like remote/bluetooth etc but didn't bore me with anything. Couldn't fault him.

James Bishop who the Lookers staff explained in detail each and every step off the handover and he literally held ours hand throughout the process so we were well aware of the various step and he also ensured that we are comfortable through out the process, his service was first class
