Very easy to follow and work carried out clearly articulated along side all advisory work which was a result of the visual inspection.In my mind the best test of a company is how it reacts when things don't go to plan. I picked up my car following and MOT, Service and fixing a coolant leak on Friday. Over the weekend coolant was leaking much worse than before. I brought the car in on Monday morning, it having spoken to the service desk, it was immediately put into the workshop and the problem addressed. It was pleasing to see that not only was the original service advisor involved but also her more experienced colleagues and the service manager who made this a priory to get fixed.

Its efficientService team were efficient from start to finish. Well done.Shame your sales Team do not know how to follow up an enquiry for a car. Perhaps they have sold enough this year!

Great service good communication

Helpful, didn't advise on quote though until booked appointment even though filled in works required.Customer service was superb, looker service department employee Joe was very helpful with the procedure. Joe was also helpfull with our questions outside of the services ie trading in to get another landrover when my PCP term is up.

I was very welcome and the sale person spend time and patient to explain all the functions.
