It was a great experience

The only reason it hasn't been rated 5* is due to the lack of available appointments - a part had to be ordered for my vehicle which did arrive the next day, however the next available appointment LR had was in 3 weeks time. There is also never a courtesy car available unless I book the car service months in advance. Due to relying on one car, I have to book a day off work to drop the car in. The service from the staff/team themselves has been faultless.

Used commercial vehicles sold at your branch, probably should have been sold next door at Ford. Knowledge about the vehicle was limited by sales team, had to Google “how to” …..I’ve now discovered missing emergency equipment, which is quite disappointing. The sales rep Bobby did a nice job, no issues but why sell a Ford at aLand Rover dealership?

I asked for a wash & inside to be hoovered but I was shocked at the inside when I got it back. It had hardly been hoovered properly and the boot obviously wasnt opened.Another thing I couldnt get a 7 seater courtesy car which I requested on booking so was left without a car while my car was in Lookers.
