1. I was offered a fair valuation on my RRS trade-in, which removed a potential headache and a lot of hassle.2. I’m puzzled that Land Rover doesn’t set the insurance premium benchmark for new Range Rovers. That Land Rover Ins. actually has shut down is long-term customer worry.

Would welcome greater granularity re the conversations had with my warranty provider to give me confidence when I claim all will be in hand. Was a little rushed too this time and I didn’t receive an update call before the end of day 1

Brilliant hand over of the car despite dramas securing my insurance on a Saturday morning. Bobby was patient and went above and beyond to ensure I received the car on the Saturday as promised. Really pleased with the service and will liaise with Bobby regarding future orders.
