My Visit was to rectify some previous work to the vehicle, the staff were I spoke to on the day could not have been more helpful, they called me to say the car had been done on the same day and could be collected, it had been cleaned so a pleasure to pick it up.

I enquired about my spare key/fob, seeing my vehicle is nearly 1 year old. Having the comfort of a spare key whilst travelling, is a priority for us. I was told i would hear from Land Rover in the future, as one wasn't available after a year. Spending £50k + on new car doesn't guarantee you a spare key, with Land Rover ?? I therefore see this as as an incomplete Sale, the seller continues to not deliver on his sale obligation. ?. TIP, Don't sell any new cars until you satisfy your existing sales first ?

I would just like to say I have never had such a great experience when buying a car before, well done lookers, from talking to our sales advisor to picking up our car.
