We have dealt with Lookers Chelmsford and Colchester for many years and have to say that our most recent dealings with Jack Jefferies were by the far the most impressive. The Lookers team were generally far more welcoming and approachable than they have been in the past. Would be much more likely to recommend Lookers now, we certainly would not have done before.

Jack Jeffery was very friendly and professional . Thanks to him the part exchange of our Lexus snd the purchase of the new car went smoothly . We only met one other member of staff - briefly - a manager who did not seem so keen to secure our business sadly .

Excellent service. Fault with SIM card holder needed investigation and replacement part. Service Rep Charlie Sheen organised it efficiently. The fault was fixed, and I have full access to all the travel updates for my sat nav.Very happy!

The car was checked with ok on all area .However the car was checked in as the full charge only produces a 27 mile rather than 31 which it should be .Still not clear to us why on full charge we get 27 miles . I Was told to leave the car charging all time which we have and the car is garage maintained and still get 27 miles per charge. Hence the issue is not resolved.

Simply came back to have a rattle/flutter looked at under the warranty as the vehicle is only 7 months or so old. It was a slight noise which the engineer was initially unable to hear, but once he did hear it he identified the cause and touch wood the noise has been resolved. Given that the source is the rubber door seal, it is possible that it may recur at some point but now that the source is identified it should be a simple fix. Can't much improve on the experience.

I had a recurring problem with the heater fan that ceased working. This was looked at, during the warranty period but failed between then and next service. I reported it to your operative, Charlie, who was excellent, and got the problem resolved whilst being serviced. Full marks to him, as the car was undrinkable in the freezing conditions on the day. Bravo Charlie.

Charlie was very helpful as I explained I do not like driving in the dark. He made sure it was done quickly and phoned when it was ready. He did say if I left it an hour he would get it washed but it never happened. I know Charlie was away at that time so not his fault. A wash would have been nice but not a big deal. Very good service.
