I was impressed at how quickly my repair was done considering other lookers centre told me it will take up to 5 days. Thank you Lookers Chelmsford. A quick valet would have definitely been the cherry on cake on my visit. Perhaps when next I am there??

From the moment of booking my service to me collecting the vehicle, I had full communication from Lookers with regards to my booking and work taking place on my car. All staff were professional and polite. Plus my car was returned very clean which was lovely.

Why were no courtesy cars available even though I booked weeks in advance. In that event you used to offer a lift to the station but you don't even give that service anymore.
