Simon McDonnell, who was our service advisor and point of contact, was extremely helpful and efficient.

Bit dismayed as the rear brake hoses have not been renewed as part of the service due to connections being seized up and Evhc unable to be accessed due to faulty RTC.Why wasn’t the break hoses unsized and replaced and why wasn’t the faulty RTC repaired/replaced to enable eVHC to be carried out, which I understand is an electrical safety system’s diagnostics. I wasn’t advised of any way forward with these issues and concerned if something was to happen due to theses problems

The dealer really tried very hard to make sure the experience of buying the new L460 was as good as the car. Full marks to the sales man Jack Jeffrey .
