From the moment of booking my service to me collecting the vehicle, I had full communication from Lookers with regards to my booking and work taking place on my car. All staff were professional and polite. Plus my car was returned very clean which was lovely.

Why were no courtesy cars available even though I booked weeks in advance. In that event you used to offer a lift to the station but you don't even give that service anymore.
