Jack Jeffery was a very adept and informed salesman. He is courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and has a nice touch - he knows when to give the customer time and space and not too pushy. I have bought some 8 or so new cars from Lookers Chelmsford since moving to Chelmsford 20 years ago, this the first one not directly from Andrew Rowe, although he was involved in the finance sign off. Jack is continuing for us a great experience. Unfortunately we do not use Lookers for servicing as our past experience has not been satisfactory.

We dealt with 4 different sales people through the process and found the handover process when a member of staff left to be non existent! Jack Jeffrey, our final sales person was excellent but the 3 prior sales people were very poor in communication so I was left chasing things up which was unsatisfactory.I agreed to take the GAP insurance when first placing an order and signed a contract electronically, however a year later when we had a delivery date for our new vehicle I was told the price for the GAP had nearly doubled. What is the point of agreeing the GAP insurance price when placing the order if this can wildly increase while waiting for your vehicle.....
