Good experience friendly helpful staff 👍👍

Well we're do i start, got the motor last Saturday which was the 22nd July, went out on it Sunday, broke down, back to land rover Chelmsford, Monday, got it back saying everything find now, that was Wednesday, that same day it was back at land rover Chelmsford, its now Friday and we still ain't got it back, so in a week of having it, only really driven it once and then it broke down, so really right now I'm not happy with it, the weeks insurance runs out tomorrow, it was full up with diesel, now its half empty, and I haven't driven it anywhere, so if I get the motor back, and it breaks down again, you can keep it and ill have my money back

Bought my last Range Rover from lookers Bishop stortford and this one from Chelmsford both times been very pleased with the service I received and shall definitely be back when a change is due

Overall well organised and was greeted with the offer of refreshment by a helpful receptionist.the service was carried out ASAP as I was waiting.One of the Service personnel Simon was particularly helpful as I had him contacted prior to the service to get advice as my car was in a breakdown situation and he certainly gave me sound advise which helped at a difficult time

Charlie sheen the service assistant I dealt with went out of his way to help me with my time constraints and went over and above overall.. very happy
