Simon McDonnell, who was our service advisor and point of contact, was extremely helpful and efficient.

Bit dismayed as the rear brake hoses have not been renewed as part of the service due to connections being seized up and Evhc unable to be accessed due to faulty RTC.Why wasn’t the break hoses unsized and replaced and why wasn’t the faulty RTC repaired/replaced to enable eVHC to be carried out, which I understand is an electrical safety system’s diagnostics. I wasn’t advised of any way forward with these issues and concerned if something was to happen due to theses problems

The dealer really tried very hard to make sure the experience of buying the new L460 was as good as the car. Full marks to the sales man Jack Jeffrey .

I found James bishop and Ken the manager to be very helpful and very knowledgeable.

The service guy who i dealing with did not seem to know when I ask about price of brake repair yet another guy at the desk told me all I wanted to know even told me about my tyres how many mm on them which I normally get with my documents plus no vidio either
