No thanks

I did initially visit another large Land Rover dealership. The salesman seemed pleasant and knowledgeable but there was no followup and the experience suggested a lack of interest. The Lookers experience was much more professional without being pushy.

There seemed to be some confusion whether the dealer offered a collection/delivery service. I was told at the time of booking the service that the dealer was not offering this but I subsequently saw various emails referring to this service. When I purchased the car from you I was assured that my car would be picked up from my home. I was provided with a curtesy car but would have preferred a pickup.

During a very difficult time (COVID & Ukraine direct supply issues to Land Rover and the problems Land Rover had with building and supplying cars) Lookers Chelmsford, and particularly Neil Morrow, were extremely attentive and informative.

Great service as always.

I did ask someone to investigate why my rear lights are a lot dimmer on one side. This doesn’t appear to have been looked at as is still apparent. Not a major issue though so will ask again next service.

Generally very good service. Huge disappointment with delivery time and then when the car did arrive it was not right, wrong tyres. However Jack resolved quickly and with no hassle.
