My vehicle has to come back in because I have noticed a leak in the gearbox. Simon in service has been absolutely excellent in helping me diagnose the problem and arranging to get the car booked in. Nothing is too much, he is an excellent representative of your organisation.

James bishop and Ken were Excellant - certainly well above the normal ! Customer service was great - that’s why I live in Loughton but prepared to drive 45 mins to that dealership - this is my 4 th car - grant Thompson from that dealership

Didn't get any information at hand over about service history, when enquired I was informed it is all online but this should have been explained when visiting

Was told to come back at 5.30 to collect car but was kept waiting 30 mins …. one member of staff even went home rather than sort out my collection even though it only took 5 mins. Was also called ‘love’ or some other ‘familiar’ word rather than Mrs ….. which I think is unprofessional……apart from that it was the usual great service

Overall, very good service. Professional but friendly. Have bought many cars from Lookers Land Rover and always pleased.
