I have to say that the overall experience was a welcome improvement on my last visit. Staff were refreshingly friendly and attentive despite being quite busy.I would have given 5 stars for perfection but my "auto" lights selection was turned off for what was an oil service and not changed back again at the time the vehicle was handed back to me. Customers always notice these little things. Might seem petty but that's what perfection would be and in my mind that is what 5 stars is.

The overall experience was excellent but you had to order 3 parts to complete my repair. Unfortunately Land Rover delivered one of the items somewhere other than Lookers Chelmsford so the car was with you for 3 as opposed 2 days which was slightly irritating.

I made the appointment for 10am on Saturday 19th but was called 2 days before saying that I shouldn’t have been able to book that late in the morning. I’d suggest your systems need updating then as I have an hours journey to get there and had booked that time as it was convenient for me.
