Simon, my advisor was excellent, polite, knowledgeable and professional.Prices quoted for replacement brake discs and pads was high.

The complimentary valeting should be inside and outside of the car and must be throughly done.

I did initially visit another large Land Rover dealership. The salesman seemed pleasant and knowledgeable but there was no followup and the experience suggested a lack of interest. The Lookers experience was much more professional without being pushy.

There seemed to be some confusion whether the dealer offered a collection/delivery service. I was told at the time of booking the service that the dealer was not offering this but I subsequently saw various emails referring to this service. When I purchased the car from you I was assured that my car would be picked up from my home. I was provided with a curtesy car but would have preferred a pickup.

During a very difficult time (COVID & Ukraine direct supply issues to Land Rover and the problems Land Rover had with building and supplying cars) Lookers Chelmsford, and particularly Neil Morrow, were extremely attentive and informative.
