Excellent service from the sales assistant who helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t fault their professionalism. The only thing that lets down Lookers is the lack of staff to actually pick up the phone , just constantly rings . Poor sales staff are trying to be professional by giving you 100% of their attention, whilst calls are constantly diverted to their phones on their desks instead of reception staff. Coming from BMW, I was surprised and disappointed by this, as it’s really difficult to ring through to check the smallest details about your purchase and end up having to constantly send emails.
