I made the appointment for 10am on Saturday 19th but was called 2 days before saying that I shouldn’t have been able to book that late in the morning. I’d suggest your systems need updating then as I have an hours journey to get there and had booked that time as it was convenient for me.

I was really impressed how despite me buying a used car I was treated like I was buying a new one. I loved the way it was in a special room and I appreciated the way James showed me all of the functions.

the only thing that was a minor issue was the explanation of the tyres.on the sheet it shows recommended to be changed but when i spoke to the customer service team they said the tyres were only half way through there life and didn't need changing.

Great Service from Ken the manager and James Bishop the sales exec .Only comment is we find it a challenging time to get used to Range Rover way of navigation etc (from family of 9 Mercedes) but slowly and surely .

I was not happy the amount of time it took, it was a sit and wait and was told 2 hours when l booked the appointment but it took over 4 hours .But l was very happy the way the service Manager Anne-Marie Sparks resolved the problem in a professional way.

I received outstanding customer service with special thanks to Steve Simmonds who was friendly, professional and accommodating. Steve kindly provided a desk for me to work from and promptly followed up with positive updates and a very clear explanation for the early service warning which the dealership resolved with a complimentary oil change.
